Why do we have to use our BU email?
While we don’t expect any non-BU students to try and use the site, we do this to ensure anybody who posts to the site is actually a BU student looking to swap.
Is my password secure?
Yes. We encrypt all of our passwords so we have no clue if you use your Kerberos, make your password your phone number, or something else like “password.” Because your password is encrypted, no one will ever know your password but you.

Why do I have to register if I already have a BU account?
We’re not an officially affiliated with BUs so we don’t have access to your account information.

Can I directly swap using this site?
Because we’re not officially associated with BU, we can’t swap you. We can only help with find the right person to swap with.

What’s the difference between browse listings and best match?
Best Match gives you the most relevant listings based on where you currently live and where you want to live. Browse listings is a simple search functionality that doesn’t take into consideration your current living situation.
